IBC annual general meeting took place on the 4th of March. The following persons were elected as board members:

Kevin Deegan, John Horkan, Heikki Mairinoja, Kristo Mikkonen, Matti Räty (treasurer), Norma Salmivuori, Kirsi Swanljung von Wehrt, Tarja Uitti (Chairperson) and Erkki Yrjölä (Deputy Chairman).
