European Data Strategy  – Opportunities and challenges from a data protection and IPR point of view

The EU is executing fast on its data strategy – the Data Governance Act, the Digital Markets Act, and the Digital Services Act have been passed in the last 12 months. The Artificial Intelligence Act and the Data Act will be in trilogue during spring 2023. How and when will those "Big Five" legislative initiatives impact your business? In this seminar we will bring some clarity on the five regulations from the perspective of data protection and intellectual property. We will provide a practical view on how to implement and to react those changes in your business and operations. You will also have the opportunity to network with colleagues thinking about the same questions and to hear more about our services, our approach and our vision.

Deirdre is a lawyer with over 25 years experience in advising clients on technology compliance, including global businesses trading across the EU from Ireland.
